The Whitman Amateur Radio club setup several operating stations at our Fair booth in order to bring awareness of this hobby and it's public service benefits to the public. We demonstrated its operation live, allowing the public to participate if they wish. We also highlighted our club events throughout the year and our training program.

The Marshfield Fare WARC take-down crew made short work of taking down the two antennas, club canopy, and packing the contents of the club’s booth  into two SUVs for the return to the club headquarters on Pine Street. The gate was closed at 11:15 AM. The crew consisted of John Chase KB1ODS, Kurt Sundwall KC1EUJ, Richard Metcalf AG1B, and  Fred Birtwell K1FAB with friend,Fergie
